How do I return my Tiktok order?

You may return your Tiktok order by mailing it back to our HQ or dropping it off at our stores.

We process refunds via store credits, so there is no need to initiate the refund on tiktok platform.

Upon receipt of your return parcel, please allow us 3-5 working days to process your return and issue store credits (with three-month validity) to your Love & Bravery account.
