Can I exchange / return my defective item at the store?

Yes, you may exchange / return your defective item at our stores. However, do note that for an exchange of the same item, you can either exchange any item at our stores for an equal or higher value or if you would like a specific item / size, our CS team will need to prepare and send the item down to the store for your exchange.

Do follow the steps stated below within 14 days from the date of delivery:

To process your return:

1) Log into your Account

2) Click on 'Order History'

3) Click on the order that you wish to return.

4) Click on 'Return Items' tab and submit a picture of the defect and the reason for return.

5) If you are unable to click, please do send us a message here with your order number and reason for return. Our customer care will get back to you as soon as possible and assist you with an exchange or credits. We do not provide cash refunds unless the same item is out of stock.

Do note that:

• Proof of defect must be verified by our Retail Sales Associates to be eligible for an exchange/return.
• An exchange will be done if the item(s) sent to you is deemed defective.
• A refund will only be processed by our customer care team if the item(s) have run out of stock for exchanges. No refunds will be made at the stores.
• We do not provide cash refunds unless the exact item is out of stock and we will provide you a store credit which you may utilize to purchase other available items.
• Exchanges will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered). - We reserve the right to decline exchanges that aren't eligible.

Reasons listed below are NOT considered defects: 

• All items are to be hand-washed and NOT soaked. We do not guarantee that the items will not be altered (colour runs, size shrinks, etc.) after being washed or soaked, and cannot accept returns due to this reason.
• Slight discrepancy in measurements of up to 0.5 - 0.8 inches difference due to mass production is not considered defective.
• Slight variation in the product color due to lighting and different monitor resolutions (eg: yellow vs off-white, dusk lilac vs grey).
• For printed designs, the prints may vary in terms of symmetry/alignment/slight colour patches for each piece.
• Items with minor imperfections (loose thread, crease marks, slight dotted stains, misaligned buttons, etc.) which do not affect the overall appearance of the item will not be considered a defect.
• Quality not up to expectation or customer's subjective opinions and preference (inner lining, pockets, etc.).

Love & Bravery provides exchanges/returns for all items except Sale and discounted items, orders made with store credits, accessories, and specifically stated non-returnable items.
