Can I return my in-store purchase for credits?

You may return your in-store purchased item for an exchange but not for credits.

• Strictly no cash refunds or returns for store credits for all store purchases, regardless of reason of exchange.
• All Sale, promotional, and discounted items are not eligible for exchanges.
• Please bring along your original store receipt and the item(s) to any of our retail stores for exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase.
• Items must be unworn/unwashed/unscented with tags on, in their original packaging in order to be eligible for exchange.
• Due to separate inventories and accounts for online and retail stores, we are unable to provide cross-exchanges for another item available online.
• In the event that the item/size you would like to exchange for is unavailable at the store of purchase, you may exchange for another design available at the store.
• No refund will be provided for the price difference if the exchange item's retail value is lower than that of the original item.
• Strictly only one-time exchange.

Love & Bravery provides exchanges for all items except Sale and discounted items (including items purchased using discount codes), accessories, and specifically stated non-returnable items.
