Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do provide International Shipping via ARAMEX and NINJA VAN. The shipping charges will be calculated at check-out.

All confirmed orders will be processed for shipping within 3-5 working days. However, delays in processing of orders may be expected during peak and sale periods. It takes up to 5-7 working days for your parcel to reach your doorstep.

We provide express courier services, therefore your parcel will be delivered to your doorstep. We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. 

Kindly note that if your order consists of in-stock and backorder items, your order will be shipped only after the backorder item(s) have arrived. if you would like to receive the in-stock item(s) first, please remove the backorder item(s) from your shopping cart and place a separate order.

Please note that in addition to the items and delivery charges we apply to your order, you may also be required by your country of residence to pay customs, import duties, and taxes. We are unable to amend orders and combine orders which were separately made after it is placed. Please check your order details before confirming the order.

All online orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 working days upon order confirmation. However, delays in processing of orders may be expected during peak and sale periods. Delivery of parcels is carried out on Mondays to Fridays during working hours, excluding weekends and local public holidays.
