We’re unable to offer cash refunds or store credit returns for any in-store purchases, no matter the reason for exchange.
All Sale, promo, and discounted items aren’t eligible for exchange, so do double-check before purchasing.
If you’d like to make an exchange, just bring the item(s) along with your original store receipt to any of our retail outlets within 14 days of your purchase. Items must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, unscented, with tags intact and in their original packaging.
Since our retail and online stores run on separate systems, we’re not able to do cross-exchanges with online items.
If your desired item or size isn’t available at the store you purchased from, feel free to exchange it for another design that’s currently in stock.
Do note: if the new item costs less than your original purchase, we won’t be able to refund the difference. Exchanges are strictly one-time only.
We offer exchanges for most items, except Final Sale, accessories, and anything marked non-returnable.
