How do I track my order?

For local customers:
Once you receive the update that your order has been shipped, you may track your order via the Ninjavan website and key in "NVSGLVNBV0[order number]A". For example: NVSGLVNBV01234567A

For overseas customers:
Once you receive the update that your order has been shipped, you may track your order via Aramex or Ninja Van and key in the given airwaybill number.
