A gentle note that we require 3 - 5 working days to process and deliver all orders (without backorders) to our stores.

However, delays in processing of orders may be expected during peak and sale periods.
You will be notified via email when your order is ready for your collection, hence please wait for the notification before heading down.

*Self-collection of online orders are required to be made from the retail store within 14 days after the 'Ready for Collection' email notification has been sent. A gentle note that uncollected orders will be sent back to HQ and additional charges for alternate deliveries will be incurred on customer's end.
